And on goes the FAST 92 and Throttle Body
Lets see we changed:
- Fast 92 w/ the Fast Big Mouth 92mm Throttle Body
- Ignition wiring
- all hoses
- spark plugs
- alternator (because it looked like a good idea)
- fluids
- front brakes
- general clean up
- basically reset all the computers etc with handheld programmer
The intake is as awesome as everyone says it is. We had a 85mm throttle body on it and it didn't seem to be keeping up with the air coming in so we put in the 92mm.
I am probably going to take it to a track sometime when it stops raining here in South Florida and see how it runs. But you can tell there is a lot left in this car that a tune will bring out, so that is really the next thing I want to get done.
And no, the car is far from stock. This is just the first thing I have done to it since I bought it recently.

We went through all the modifications on the car and they are all in pretty good shape and are performing pretty well. Right now I really need to get better tires and wheels to put down any sort of decent time, but that may have to wait until next month.

Before Tune Numbers: 345 HP @ 6100 RPM with 321 Torque
After Tune Numbers (Best Run): 380 HP @ 6100 RPM with 361 Torque
Considering it was over 100 degrees inside, that is some pretty strong numbers.

i also used red locktite and they still came loose...
The FAST intake and TB and all the other work we put into the car definitely added several HP to the baseline. We put a lot into it to get it to the point it was at yesterday.
The gains yesterday were all in the tune. We did no mechanical work to the car yesterday.
