now ive heard which is bettr, but i kinda would like some proof or numbers.....on a heavily modified NA LS1, which will be more beneficail.......slp induction kit, or ftra?

SLP CAI is the worst of them, it picks up a lot of heat at
idle and its snorkel doesn't extend as low as the others.
And it shrouds the condenser / radiator pretty badly. Which
has to do with the cooking, no doubt.

The only plus is, it's indestructible.

jimmy are u talkin about the cold air kit? the kit with the black tube and the black box? I don't want that pos.......if ur talkin about the rectangular opening kit.....the slp induction kit....then ok cool that's the one I'm tryin to compare with

Yeah. The chris1313 is the one with either the mega mouth which is for non ac cars and the regular which is for cars with ac. Its meant to seal the air box and allow only air to be sucked in from the bottom and I have seen a comparison between all three before in a thread and the 1313 picked up 2 mph on average in the quartermile. Idk ik that is my choice
