Thanks guys, I thought so. Thing is I've used Taylors since LT1 days, just tired of evertime I take off a set 1 or 2 has an issue. My set is about 3 months old in a stock exh! Its not stock as of today. I even have a new set on my Mustang and one burned in like 60 miles and its 2 inches from the pipe.

I had a set of Taylors on my old car for over 5 years...very good quality and held up fine to multiple plug changes. However in recent years the quality seems to have diminished and people have alot of issues even with new sets. I have MSD wires on my new car and they are great!

Had both also, had msd universal wires on a hot running 9,000 pound work truck w gen 1 350. Changed a few plug boots once in a while in the same spots, but wires took a good beating in a bad environment for 8 years AFTER sitting in a box for a few years being pulled off another engine with several years of use already.

I had a Taylor Thundervolt wire come apart on me,
my MSDs haven't. LS2 wires, the header primary
eventually cooked the boot until it disintegrated
because it had no choice but to sit against the tube.
