Default Critique my "port work" on my fast 92

I decided it wasn't worth installing my new intake without giving it a shot. I went ahead and roughed in one port so if I've dropped the ball it may still be salvageable.

I focused on smoothing the transition between the runner and lower intake and getting rid of that damn wedge that's in there. I did most of it by hand and only used a die grinder to remove the big chunk. If anyone has any insight into other areas that need work feel free to post it.

I was wondering what I should finish it out with also.

That looks just like I did mine. I also smoothed a lot of casting flash on the top and bottom shell and since I had a 90, I turned it into a 92. Pretty much made everything as smooth as possible.

I smoothed out all the casting marks too. Went down to 800 grit on everything....but I'm an **** MF'er.

Not yet. It's one of many projects going on. I hope to get a good bit of it taken care of between tonight and tomorrow.

One thing I did notice on mine was that there was some sharp casting flash where the injectors slide in. Some very minor smoothing there will prevent damage to the o-rings.
