Quick SS exhaust question

Quick SS exhaust question (is $150 too much?) My current setup is too loud, and I'm looking to just quite it down. Since I have dual cutouts in my y-pipe I'm not really that worried about the muffler.
I can get a good deal on a SS exhaust with tips.. This exhaust doesn't have the quad tips though. It's just the dual circular single tips ( one on each side) from a 01 SS. Is there any difference in this exhaust and a stock Z28 exhaust?

That's the exhaust I have on my Z28... Was this an option or did the
previous owner of my car put that on? Anyone know?
Would a SLP dual/dual flow better than this exhaust?

The muffler on my CME, and the dual-dual should
be the same, is a custom larger stainless job. The
exit plumbing is a 2.5" pair where the Z/28 looks
to me to be something smaller? The I-pipe is 3.25"
OD as well, with a crush-collar of 3" at the Y
junction. All of this purported to be a +10HP option
in the sales literature. Or whatever.

How much would you guys pay for the muffler with tips in the pic.. is $150 too much?
I have the TSP Rumber now, and I just want my car to be quiet. I have dual cutouts in my y-pipe so I'm not worried about HP Loss..
Also, if I were to buy this muffler. Should I leave the bullet in the i-pipe or remove it?
