Default fast 102 with stock Tb

so i have the chance to pick up a fast 102 but dont have the cash to grab the new tb, maf and lid and still do the tune but i seen they do sell an adator plate for 40 so i would be able to bolt my stock tb to it and then be able to reuse my stock tb, maf and lid for right now till i get some more money, question is will i see any gains from this i figure i still would sense the intake is far superior to my ls1 intake and it would only be temp

Yes. You'll see gains. Going to a bigger TB will show additional gains.

Abba makes a good point. You don't necessarily have to spend 400+ on a NW. There was a thread on here comparing the Warr with the NW and the Warr held up pretty well. I'd say save your 40 bucks, eat a little more ramen for a bit and get the Warr.

And since you're getting a tune you could just go speed density and avoid buying a MAF.

Just be warned. SD is tricky on a 102. Especially return to idle. Maf helps stabilize it a lot

Question, how much outside of the FAST 102 itself will it cost to bolt on a proper setup to an LS/LQ, minus the tune?

I'm planning a build eventually and would love to know realistic pricing for the parts.
