it won't be a direct bolt on... so don't hold your breath on it.
but im sure in the next few months more info will be coming out.
I've already got aluminum stock ready for an adapter plate for modification for my S2 tb
but there seems to be a couple of other issues to deal with.

Can't you use the stock rails raised up? I thought I read that somewhere....
And whats the point of an adapter, I thought this intake was very similar to an LS6 with the exception of the TB area.

I read in another thread that you can use the old style injectors with a larger o-ring. Honestly it would not take a whole lot of modification to make it fit.
