Can you show me a link to it? I looked and couldn't find the LS1 intake on thier site. I know at one time the C5R racing Vettes ran a Kinsler setup (they'll be racing at the 24 Hours of LeMans this weekend) but I am pretty sure the price is not for the faint of heart.

I have talked to Kinsler in the past about a set up for the LS1. they said that they were working on one but didnt even have the prototype finished yet. I would be real interested in seeing the one youre talking about.

Kinsler Fuel Injection has a LS1 EFI intake. Here is their web site www.kinsler.com

They now have one in their catalog. Just go on line and order a catalog. I will try and remember to scan it in soon.

Looks like the back 4 cylinders would be trying to suck the cowl in and could possibly even (under WOT conditions) turn the car inside out.

Does anyone know what the sticker price is on that set up? Looks like its made out of magnesium or whatever that ultralight compound is that they use.

Cool looking, but I bet it is crazy espensive <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> . And how is the air metered? No MAF, or air temp sensor. What about filtering? I assume that the injectors go in the inside of that set up?

Oh, now that is PIMP. Looks like the injectors go inside, for a straight shot into the cylinder. Like some of the others, though, I have a few questions:

1) As someone else mentioned, what about metering and filtering?? I would imagine that a box could be made that would have a panel filter over the stacks and a MAF on the inlet (to the box).

2) As someone else mentioned, the rear stacks look like they'd bump into the cowl on an F-body. That means that it's pretty likely that the front stacks wouldn't clear the hood. Looks like the only applications for this intake are either 'Vettes with some flavor of aftermarket hood (for clearance), or engine swaps.

Wouldn't having the injector on the inside of that set up ruin that whole design theme?
