i feel like my car isnt as loud anymore, the rides got 66-67k miles on it. initially when i bought the car with 59k i thought it was loud as hell, but now with the long *** cold weather i feel like its not as loud. i hope its jus me going deaf or is there something possibly wrong. noting really done to the car, has a aftrmrkt lid, stock manifolds, stock cats, and a slp loudmouth. i pulled into my driveway and stood behind the car for like 1 minute, i say to myself i think there something wrong, its not as loud as before wut the hell??

guys any suggestions, i know wut i put that cutout in i wont giv a rats *** but still...is there something wrong?

You'll get used to it after awhile, so IMO it's just that, if you really want it louder, go with headers and ORY, it'll be LOUD

cut out on loud mouth is the biggest wait of $ lol the LM muffler isn't a muffler its a straight pipe! vi just cut mine off and put a magnaflow bullet in its place. As far as it not being loud any more you can either pop your ears or get them cleaned out i=or your just use to it get some headers and ORY and it will be loud a ****

You are just used to it, same thing happened to me with my 94 T/A. Just get some LT's and ditch the cats, now thats loud(but very raspy).

wait till the summer when you have the windows down and/or tops off/down it'll get loud we had a 70 degree day a couple weeks ago and i put my top down i forgot how good it sounds

I thought mine wasnt any louder when I put on the pacesetters and TSP catted Y. That was until I switched cars with my buddy and I drove behind him! WOW!

You've gone deaf!!! lol, no, your just used to the sound. Put some LT's on and a catted y-pipe with a cutout and then tell me if it's quiet.

I got used to my loud mouth also. Now I am saving up for some long tubes and ory. Hopefully that will be loud enough.

You just got used to it, man.... I got used to mine too, so this afternoon I'm going to put on Pacesetter LT and ORY, & do !EGR & !AIR.

This has always been a very helpful forum on the site for me and so many others. It's just that so much has already been covered, most of the time I dont have anything to post over here lol. It's almost like using a set of reference books. Just wanted to say thanks
