Which should i get????
first of all, if you go with the one without egr, you will need to get rid of the egr system. that intake will also keep your engine bay cleaner and you wont get all that hot, unburned gas run back through the intake. if you go with the other intake, you have the option of keeping the egr or getting rid of it and plugging the whole. its all up to you. id go for the one without the egr. just my .02 cents.
I think the obvious question is do you have to pass a sniffer for emissions in your state or not? If so then I would keep the EGR as it's only purpose in life is to get you to pass emissions.

The sniffer won't be a problem, it's the visual (like in CA) that will kill you.

I know ... one of the reasons I took the transfer here from my native CA is to escape all the hassles regarding smogging my cars. Back then, I still had to smog my 69 GTO. KS isn't the most glamorous place in the world, but you have so much more freedom than in CA. You remember what America is supposed to be all about.
I think the vast majority of cars pass sniffer no problem with EGR delete.
