Would the car be quieter with a mufflex exhaust or a slp dual-dual??

Well I've decided its time to look into another exhaust, I'm going to get hassled by the cops too much I've figured...mainly because I got pulled over 2 times in the matter of 100 ft...
My current exhaust setup is FLP headers going through ORP's, then to a SLP Loudmouth exhaust...I just want to change the catback...I really want to get a dual-dual and I'm currently looking for a used one...but If I can't find one I'll either buy one new or a mufflex exhaust with the dual tips...any ideas of which will be quieter?
Thanks

SLP dual dual BY FAR. Ask Trevor, he switched from a 3.5" mufflex dual to a D/D.
you could always throw cats on and go with the mufflex. that would be fairly quiet.

Nah, I dislike cats...
Sticking with the ORP's, just got to find a used dual-dual...

It really won't matter, I plan on putting the 30 dollar cutout on it...

trust me get the dual/dual. you can easily run an orp and the thing will be quiet. I also have the cutout now and when it is off it's like music to my ears.

Do what I did, call Dynomax and order the 3" intermediate pipe, over-axle pipe, a single in/out ultraflow welded muffler, and a 90degree tailpipe. Built mine for less than $200 and its quiet even with heads/cam and MACS with ORP. I lost less than 2hp going from muffler to cutout before I did the heads and cam.

Had the D/D with FLP's. The drone at 2200 running the Automatic on the freeway got to be too much. Went to a Borla with the full block off and still was too much for traveling. The car gets used as a "grand touring" rig mostly. Ended up with the stock SS single polished round tip, one on each side. No drone and cost about 10 HP at top end but gained 15 pounds of torque down low. Those are dyno' numbers. Still is reasonably loud when tromped on but the 382 inches may make that much more noise over the 346. Can't be sure about that. I guess also like the simpler old muscle car look of the stock SS pipes.

I have my OEM d/d
i tore the pipes at the connection points a little, but it can be welded up.
too bad you aren't local, I'll let it go for 100 bones
no shipping, don't want to jack with it
rear section is intact, just a little tear at the muffler inlet.
Chris
PS: I'd get the NEW d/d, at least it has a bit of throaty sound to it.

It's the absolute quietest catback you're going to find that will flow well. If you want drone, then find someone with a Mufflex! This is the first catback I put on my SS, and it had a LOT of drone!
