Loudmouth..No Respect?.. Ok I have to say this. I have had two F-Bodys with the Loudmouth systems. My first one was a 94 Z28..I bought the loudmouth for it. The second is the 01 SS I currently own. It came with the LM2. I also have a LM1 res I have on it right now since its got cats. Am I the only one who thinks these sound good? I dont consider myself "immature"..but that seems to be the going stereotype that goes to LM guys. I have heard GMMG Borla, True Duals...and honestly they all sound good to me. I think cammed, stalled, LM cars sound badass. The rasp just never bothered me...I can understand why it does some, but its not the same as old glasspack trucks like some people try to say...I guess you love it or hate it. Count me in as Love it. 
Feel free to tell me why LM sucks etc...thats the point of this thread. But if you are one of the few who like it...do tell. Im curious to see how little love the LM gets.

I've got the LM1 and friggin love it... course i'm on stock manifolds and y-pipe, but am getting my LT's and ORY soon, so we'll see how I like it then... 
I like LOUD, so the LM1 seemed like the perfect fit for me... I love it when I don't have to give it much gas to turn heads, cuz it's loud as hell with little throttle given to it... Actually this morning I had a guy in a civic flip me off cuz I revved up at him
he was just jealous...

I like the way my LM2 sounds. It doesnt have that classic muscle car sound throughout the RPM's but its civil. Up top it sounds mean. Im tempted to throw a LM1 resonator in there to see how loud it gets.

I have the LM 1 with High flow cats, and the ONLY thing i do not like about is the small raspy popping sound that i get when it down shifts, and no its not a backfire...other than that i really love the sound and nasty-ness of the Loudmouth 1 with Long tube headers. i actually think it sounds Better with LT's than with Stock manifolds!

i have SLP LT's ORY and a Loudmouth1...no cats.. no converter...just the LM...i ABSOFREAKINLUTELEY LOVE IT....there is NO better way to shut up a RICER with a fart can..and GOD BLESS a solid good length OVERPASS!!! WOOT!!

Hey John you got the lm1 on, huh. Glad you like it.
I didn't have a problem with it and liked the way it sounded. My biggest issue was the drone. Man the drone just wore on me and grated my nerves till I couldn't take it anymore. And when I put the lt's and ory on it was worse and the rasp was terrible.
I also went with the powermouth setup. A 3" medium stick in the I-pipe and a 2.5" short stick at the rear. I've got another 3" and another 2.5" for when I run the true duals.
Pics of where I put them and a soundclip below. Soundclip was taken with my camera so quality isn't the best but you get the idea.

I have longtubes, ORY and loudmouth1 and I love the way it sounds if it wasn't for noise ordinances and the police that have nothing better to do I would keep it, but alas I will be switching to the hooker catback.

I'm all for LOUD, but not when accompanied by obnoxious. LM1 with ory and no cat is just that. I have a 3" short Powerstick in my I-pipe and its still a bit obnoxious. TDs are in the future though, and I'll most likely run two 3" med. Powersticks.

Just to add, I have a catted Y. If I keep out of the pedal a cop could be right next to me and wouldnt think twice. The LM2 alone was to quiet for me on stock mani's. And it is a matter of preference. I love the sound of lettin the rpms drop and the gurglin and cracklin noises it makes.
