It runs out thru the box/firewall and runs into the bundle of wires and towards the front of the car. There is a little cylinder it runs to which from what heard, helps hold a little more vacum to turn the different vent settings.

Well, your going to actually have to cut it (unless you can find where it attaches and try to slip it off) to get the new piece on, then reconnect it running thru the same hole as the two heater connects are.. But, just dont cut it in 5 pieces like I did.

I pulled mine off at the end of summer because i blew and line. Hell i may keep it off it looks so much cleaner under the hood, But i will not take out the whole box i just put some rubber caps on the AC ends Also with the AC condenser gone my lid/air filter gets twice the air it used to

i think ill leave the box too i wont loose much weight takin it off and this way i can hook the ac back up with out much work if i want to

exactly what i did...kept the box...whole ac is worth 33lbs

Cool deal... I never used mine so I took it compeltely out to help with changing plugs, etc. I dont drive mine but on the weekends and its not my DD...

Here might be a better view of the room.

mine isnt a full tim drag can and get driven year round. So if i want to throw the AC on for a summer road tirp i can

Ilikeppie just remember the elevation is going to screw you badly. Dont get upset at a low 12 second pass because remember that would be an 11 second pass at sea level.

Right now I bet im running mid 14's. I will see when I run this year.

yea im worried that the elevation will make my car a lot slower but i hope this stuff is enough to bring it to 11's i think i just aquired a ls6 intake

Does anyone know where to get a sheet metal plate to cover up the hole if you remove the ac from a 76 Nova? Thanks..........................

does anyone know where the a/c system sucks the air in from?

I deleted my a/c and when i turn the fan on the air always seems to be alot warmer than outside. just trying to see if theirs a way to make the air a lil colder for when im in traffic or something.
