SES, poor mileage, what to do?

SES, poor mileage, what to do?
Alright, about 3 months ago I put headers on my car. Shortly afterwards I replaced the O2 sensors. For about 2 days everything was good the the SES light came back on for the O2's and it threw these codes: P1153, P1133. These codes translate to insufficiant switching from lean to rich and rich to lean. The condition is caused by either a contamination of the o2 or an exhaust leak upstream of the sensor. I'm pretty sure there is no leak upstream but not 100% sure. I did put anticease on the threads and I am not sure if that could be causing the problem.
I'm pretty sure I need to replace them but I would really like to find the root cause first.
Has anyone had this problem before or can anyone help out.

anticease is ok to use and i doubt it is causing this issue. check the headder bolts and make sure you are not leaking there. did you use new gaskets or reuse old ones? killing o2's that fast is always a fun way to spend $150 a pair.

just turn the codes off. there is no point in them except the computer telling you that your 02s aren't switching as much as they were when your car was stock.
turn the codes off and be happy, I have had mine off for 4 years now and my car runs fine
YOU DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE YOUR 02s!!!!!!!
just turn them off... you will get the codes again if you replace them... i had this same issue YEARS ago, bought the new corvette sensors $$$$ and they caused the error QUICKER.
trust me.

I had this issue, I wasnt running any cats, I got a custom tune and after all the mods I've done since they haven't come back. You gain some power at the same time.
You can either delete the codes as previously mentioned; which works just fine
Or.
Get a custom tune, gain more power in the process.

please do yourself a favor and just cut them off and see where you are at after that, Also get a tune. Please trust me. I've been through it all with bolt ons and headers and yadda yadda yadda... i'm not saying i know it all, all i'm saying is i've been down that road

TURNING OFF JUST the 1133 and 1153 codes DOES NOT TURN OFF THE 02s ENTIRELY, it just rids you of those particular codes.

Well I wont be able to delet the code right now. But i'm wondering if my fuel filter could be part of the cause of bad mileage. I ran some seafoam through the tank and the intake. I know it is possible for the filter to clogged after a seafoam. Could the seafoam have done anything to o2's too?

Yes if the seafoam did it's job and broke lose some junk you're supose to change out your fuel filter after running the seafoam in it .I think it's a full tank of gas.If you put in your oil u should change the oil after 150 miles. Try cleaning the MAF if you haven't already

I've seen this turn off SES lights all by itself, besides giving better mileage/power/response.
Even if it is not the cause of the SES, you probably need it anyway (especially if you run an oiled aftermarket air filter), and it will NOT hurt anything!
