Question Streetsweeper HT Cam Only, thoughts on stock 346ci Trans Am??

I've been looking into this cam here and there but would like your thoughts on it. I know it seems to be very popular with the GTO guys but was wondering your thoughts and opinions on my particular set up. I've talked to Mike @ New Era Performance (who would do the tuning and install) and he said he would def. recommend this cam for my set up and goals. I want something very streetable (in the tune, i know) and has more power with a lopey idle, and something that wouldn't need fly cutting!!!!! At this time it will be a cam only car but I havent out ruled heads and intake yet, just not something to be done in the next year or so, which is why I stated CAM ONLY.
Car is a 2002 Trans Am, stock internals, M6, ported throttle body, Kooks LT, Catted Y, Borla with DMH cutout, no pulleys yet and is a STREET ONLY CAR. Tune in the car now from NEW ERA has me at 348hp/360tq but thats without the ported throttle body and cutout. Im shooting for about 375hp with stock untouched heads, possible?

Streeetsweeper HT- 228*-232* .612"-.600" 111* LSA
Trick Flow 7.4 Chromemoly Pushrods
Patriot Gold Valve Springs Set (titanium retainers, locks, seals, seats)
JP Performance Double Roller Timing Chain
Yella Terra Roller Rockers (are they needed?)

Give me your thoughts and opinions on please!

I think you'll bust 375 wide open with that cam. Ed Curtis is an excellent cam designer and you will really like it.

YT's are not necassary and I would personally run stockers with stock heads and that cam. An HS rebuild of the stockers is NEVER a bad idea though.

If New Era and Ed Curtis say it will work then I'd listen to their advice.

Looking for 375

haha I want to be there when you see the 1st pull. 400 your'll need all the bolt ons and good ones. But with heads this cam is a under the curve moster. This is a LS2 but still very mild setup and GREAT power, just remeber you have less cubes.

If you wnat to drive my car with the big boy street sweeper let me know there only a few more nice days out. Its probally not for you, but the offer is still there. I got some fun miles in today

AFR 205's or TFS 215's would be the heads I would look at!

Thanks, I was leaning more towards some "Tony Mamofied" AFR's but just wanted some input.

I was really impressed with the TQ, stock LS6, stock compression, cats, stock TB. You can't ask for more, for the mods. And its only raced really 99% of the time its running. WOT for 30-45 mins 4-6500 rpm at the glen. Its so much diffrent then drag racing.

Heres the mods as follows on my car:
Kooks 1-3/4 LT's, Catted Y, Borla (open plate) with DMH Cutout (always open)
SLP Lid, 85mm MAF, and NewEra Ported TB
-need to do pulley's

What would we be looking at with CAM only with mods listed above??

Mods that I'd like to do with this cam:
Ported/Polished FAST 92/92
AFR 205 Heads
Now what would be estimates?

Thanks, we've established that it'd be more that 375+ with Cam Only but what would your guess be with Ported/Polished FAST 92/92 and AFR 205 Heads?
