Default Add injectors?

I just received my TSP H/C package in the mail. I went with the prc ls6 stage 2.5 heads and the 228r cam. 7.4 pushrods and an ls2 timing chain. I'm running an LS6 intake currently.

What do I do with injectors? Do I stick with the stock 28# injectors or do I upgrade them? If so, what size? Or do I wait to do the injectors until I add a FAST intake?

Run a minimum of the SVO 30s. Your stockers arent up to the task in any way shape or form

That looks close to what I'm building, and about "everyone" said go with 42's. I'm thinking that must be the way to go, plus, you could just move 'em to the FAST later!

I have a similar set up but with the 5.3 stage 2.5. I'm installing a fuel pressure guage along with a set of after market fuel rails. Also, I have a wideband 02 sensor. What I was planning on doing was watching the injector duty cycle and fuel pressure to make sure I'm not losing pressure and maxing out the duty cycle. BTW I also have HP tuners. This is turning out to get more and more expensive at every turn.

shipping was around 50 dollars and taxes were free. If you are ordering from out of state there are no taxes.

Listen, P.M. me and I'll give you the info you'll need, especially the tune. You're in my neck of the woods and I'll be able to help and recommend you where to go. I might even have a F.A.S.T intake available soon. You on MNGMP.ORG at all?

I've got a slightly larger cam than you and my tuner told me that I would likely not need injectors ...so I went out and bought flow-matched 42#er's from FIC

Your gonna need at the very least some 36#rs, but 42's would leave some room for future upgrades. This: http://www.rceng.com/technical.aspx will tell you what you need for sure as far as injectors. Your setup will probably get you some where in the 430hp range so that would be a good guesstimate for the equation. I know every car responds differently to mods so thats why I say guesstimate lol

I would be very surprised if they will be over 80% duty cycle. Just get it tuned and find out and only spend the $$$$ if you have to....

And just for reference I'm running cam only and my duty cycle is at 90% which is more than it should be but ok for me at the moment til I figure out what I'm gonna do next.
