Default what heads for my ms3 cam and N20??

I currently have a ms3 cam (112lsa) and a harris speed works wet nitrous plate kit on my car. My car has hooker 1 3/4 competition long tubes w/full exhaust....stock under drive pully, stock 241 heads, stock ls6 intake manifold, ported stock TB, 4.10 gears, RAM powergrip HD clutch

to be honest, I do not know much about heads, which is why Im making this post...currently on my nitrous tune Im making 400rwhp, on a 100 shot im at 517rwhp. I would like a little more power, all motor...later on down the road, a fast ported 90 will most likely be in the works...as of right now, im looking at for some budget heads...

I do NOT want to fly cut my pistons. so, from texas speed, which would be the best heads for me?? Ported LS3's, stage 2.5 (5.3 heads) or the stage 1 243's?

TO clear with the MS3 and keep it on a budget, check out the PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L heads! We can set them up to clear with your MS3 nicely!

i would definitely look into the PRC 5.3 heads as alot of members on here are running MS3/ PRC 5.3 heads. Also TSP PRC 215 heads look sweet also.

now these will work fine with stock rocker arms and 7.400 hardened push rods, correct?

Stock rockers will be fine...you might consider upgrading them with the Comp trunion kit that is $135. That'll make them even better!

7.400" will be about right for most with this combo, but it's ALWAYS worth the time and effort to measure it before throwing them in there just to be sure. There's another thread on this forum right now where a guy just assumed the length, and it was a plain jane XER lobed cam, and he has crazy noise from his valvetrain and uncertainty about preload now!

If you can find Terminator heads, those are pretty good too.

I have heard/seen alot of guys breaking aftermarket rockers more then the stockers, so I will stick with the stockers for now! Maybe just upgrade to LS7's or something

Are these supposed to be better than the 2.5 5.3 heads w/ the MS3?
