Question El toro cam

Hey guys hows it going, just wondering if any of you guys knowwho make "el toro cam" , ?

It is a custom specced by Predator-z. 230/230 .612/.594 111+4 Most just advance it 2* though. It is ground on comp XFI intake/X-ER exhaust lobes.

The most popular variations are:

230/230 .615/.592 111+2 LSA (on stock motor)
230/228 .615/.588 110-1 LSA (does better in Vettes)

I'm making 410hp/390tq with this cam and supporting mods, the TQ curve is very smooth and has a nice "table top" quality to it. Has a nice lope to it too.

Pred, that 230/228 is the same cam that RMTT is running correct? That cam make big power for being a reverse split. Made great power stock heads and insane power with heads.

Yeah, witha good set of 59cc Cartek 243s 4X, he made 465rwhp and 427rwtq.
400rwtq @ 3500rpm

Who is is still using this cam in 2022??
Was the best cam I ever used to date.
It is my second time round doing a cam.swap on a new beast, same specs ls1 3:9 diff gears 3800 stall 4l60e car weighs 1780kg or I think that's 4000 pounds.
Anyone found a better cam than this after using it?

lobed the 230 230 you created. Just seeing g if you found an even better cam. Lived the way this thing would come on instantly and roast tyres

Neither guy you are addressing has been around here for many years. The thread is 11 years old.
Which cam spec are you referring to?
Don't use names when referring to a cam. Always use duration, lift, and LSA (lobe separation angle). That way anyone can know of which you are referring to.

I would consider redoing the EL TORO CAM using more modern tech TSP Lobes and do 230-230, 629-615 LIFT, on same 111+2 LSA.

Or consider Kentucky Speed's All ***** Cam at 231-238, 629-615, 111+4...
