Hi guys
i need your help and input to solve the issue of making clearance between the double roller timing chain to the front cover with Melling 10296 I need pics

the motor is turbo so i do not want to run SLP

Rub some grease around the bolt heads and pump face...also the cast tube that comes out side and goes towards the block....slide the cover inplace without the gasket...pull it back off and grind the spots the grease is stuck to

JMBLOWN, did you take some material off the bolt heads too? I didn't think of that....lol my biggest fear was going too far into the timing cover and breaking through....but it didn't happen
