What CAM is this????
I just got my cam package in today...The cam itself has rust pits on it, and the box it cam it says 13/06/02 on it....like its been siting for a while...
The numbers on the cam are...as they apear on the cam..
1.3:20(and then an upside down U) 11:00B
05902 08002
In between each cylinder intake and exaust setup there is yellow paint. ( 4 spaces with paint total)
Can anyone name this cam? I hope?

The blue color is from the heat treating. You might be able to match it up by the lift numbers, but you would need a dial caliper to first measure the base circle, then measure the difference at the lobe (1/4 turn from base circle measurement) and subtract it. That will be your lobe lift, multiply that by 1.7 and thats your valve lift.

I ordered the cam from SDPC. The rust on the cam came off after scratching it. But I still can imagin that they would have this cam sitting on shelves long enough to get rust on the camshaft. I though their was a chance they sent me the wrong cam. I ordered the hot cam kit and was trying to see if anyone knew what a hotcam looked like.
