10-bolt is the lightest. 12-bolts are maybe 30lbs heavier? A 9" is about the same but stronger. S60 is a little more than that, and somewhere between a 12-bolt and 9" in strength.
I like the S60. Good engineered solution that's good enough for most cars.
If you need a rear to withstand huge huge power, something like a MWC Fabbed 9" would be best.

Below 600rwhp, most everything will last, sans the 10-bolt.

And the winner is the Dr. Between the 12-bolt, 9" and the S60 the S60 is the strongest. The penalty is the additional weight. If You want strength and lightweight prepare to dig deeper in Your wallet.
Also the 60 series Dana rears have been used in thousands of Chevy trucks.
This by no means is the "end all" solution for every application. But for the dollars spent vs durability it is an excellent solution in lots of hot rods.

Getting the coils of the valve covers will go a long way in cleaning up the engine compartment, and it makes spark plug access a snap.
