Default springs prc .675

The prc .675 eht double spring kit, are they able to be used with stock ls6 rockers with no issues? Also purchased ms3 cam with 113 LSA 237/242 .603/.609" specs , ls7 lifters and chromoly 7.400 pushrods... hopefully I ordered everything correctly and would work on the ls6 heads on running on the ls1 block. Any help would be grateful... thanks in advance

Call and be sure the springs will fit the spring pocket in the head...on a thread here a few days ago Martin from Tick performance was talking about a high lift valvespring that was too big around to fit stock heads, but I can't remember which springs they were

I would not use those springs with OEM rockers. You need to limit open spring pressures to 400 pound or so with stock rockers due to valve tip scrubbing.

I've been using comp .675 springs with stock rockers for 4 years without issues. I have some prc's. They were going on next but I foolishly overreved the motor while speed shifting and now its back to the drawing board.

Those springs will work perfectly fine with your setup.

These springs are the proper diameter to work with the stock valve spring pocket. I was referring to a solid roller set-up that would require a much larger diameter spring that would not fit in a stock valve spring pocket.

The EHT springs work fine with the stock pocket, and I've even used them on a few mild solid roller set-ups.

Ok cool Martin...lol I knew you said there was a larger size set, but I couldn't remember which ones they were.
