Default L33 OEM cam? If not, what cam is this?

Last nite I decided to take the cam outta my 06-07 L33. When I bought the engine I was told the cam that was in it was a decently aggressive cam from TX Speed. After getting the cam out I realized the cam is an OEM cam but I'm having trouble finding out which cam it is. The numbers are:
3207
1 03
6349
Is this just the stock L33 cam? If not, which cam is it? I tried to search the number but had no results. I'm alittle disappointed it isn't the TX Speed cam like I was told but I can use the LS2 cam that came extra with the engine for now. Can anyone tell me what cam this is and what it came out of? Any value to it? Just curious as I haven't found any info.

I just pulled my OEM L33 cam the other day. Let me check it out tonight after work and I will see if I can find ID numbers to compare.

Didn't make it down to the garage last night, had some surprise family time come up. Will check my 05 L33 cam out tonight and see if it matches Marc's.

Did you go through the whole thread? There is a picture of the L33 cam #'s on the cam. Not sure if they are all the same but I would think so.

I think I have the info you're looking for...

2005-2007 L33 camshaft part number is 12583623.

You have camshaft part number 12593207. This should be a Gen IV cam, and was used in the LH6 engine (among others) which is also an aluminum block 5.3L. You may not have an L33 - the LH6 is often mistaken as an L33. Dead giveaway for the LH6 is the AFM lifters and valley cover, and the timing cover mounted cam sensor.

You nailed it! When buying the block I was told it was an L33 so I took the guys word. I could see the heads weren't anything desirable but thought maybe the seller or previous owner kept them for themselves. The other nite I was removing the lifters and cam and couldn't find any info on the cam ID number. I looked up the PN on the block and see that it's an LH6 and not an L33. I was alittle disappointed but figured it has the same flat too pistons and all so it should still be a decent little motor with some better flowing heads.

Anyone else have any experience with an LH6?
