Default PRC ported 799/243 heads with MS4 cam

I recently purchased a MS4 cam and I was hoping I could go to the Junkyard and grab a set of 799/243 heads and send them to TSP to have them port them, only thing is they said the PTV Clearance isn't too good... Would Milling fix this? Or is my only option to go with the 225cc PRC Heads which they suggested due to a great amount of PTV Clearance?

Milling makes it WORSE! The valves are then CLOSER to the piston.

Or fly cut the pistons after checking PtV

I also thought about that, I try to avoid it because I don't want to pay a machine shop to do that

You can do it with cutters from Lindy and a drill

There is a outside chance you may be good on PtV with that cam and stock head gaskets with unmilled heads also

They can, after rereading they said that the ls6 heads would work with a little clean up milling.
