I have a similar cam (226/226 57?/59? 112lsa). I went 11.57 with a 1.61(M6) at 3600lbs.

If you like the F4 then, you will like the F10 (228/228). I was considering the F4 and Allen told me try the F10 and I love it.

What is the difference between the F10 228/228 .576
& the F4 226/226 .575???

I'm only running a Vig 3200 & 3:42's...w/ vararam LS6 intake, & LG headers, no cats.

nothing. which is why if your considering the FM10 you might as well just step up to the FM13. i believe allan said theres like a 10-12rwhp (peak) difference between the FM10, FM11, FM12, and FM13.

The F13 should have a choppier idle and some may or may not like that much. I have similiar mods as you, YO-EL, and the cam works great. There is noticeable chop and I got the cam on a 114LSA. If I could do it again, I would get the 112LSA. The F10 idles better than a TR224 and makes about 10rwhp more. The F11, F12 or F13 are great choice as well if you wanted a little more. I decided on a lower lift, 0.570"-0.580" since the '98 heads do not flow anymore going to 0.600" lift.

I went with the FM11 as well. Won't have it in for weeks though.

I went with the F12. It has a lopey idle and drove good on my stock tune. It needs some gear though, 3.73's with an A4 or 4.10's with an M6. I don't have any dyno #'s yet, but I will in about a month. Good luck on your choice. I don't think you'll go wrong with any of the FMS cams that were mentioned.

Looks like I'm gonna stay pretty basic & get the TR 224/224 .563 114 LSA.

Thanks for the input..
