Default f14\15 vs g5x4 vs ms3 vs trex

i have a stock bottom end, boltons, 3.73 gears 3500 stall.. which of these cams would give me the most power\accelration with a set of afr 205 heads....

also for any\all of these cams would afr 205's be the ideal head?

also im looking for a real nasty idle.. this car gets driven for fun only (mostly street raceing)

get ready for flycutting. I'm pretty sure none of those cams will clear with afr 205s. I run an X3 on a 112 and it is close in terms of PTV. Most of those cams will make a lot of power up top. Are you ready to spin to 7k? it can be done on a stock bottom end. My limiter is set at 6900 and I have a stock bottom. you will want a bigger stall. something in the 4000-4200 rqange.

The AFRs actually have more PtV clearance than stock heads, so any of those cams should fit without having to flycut.

The torquer rev 2 cam from TSP looks interesting. I think its 232 234 112 +2 on x-er lobes.

If the AFR 205s are unmilled they will clear with the MS3.

i don't know how the PRC heads perform relative to AFR heads.... AFR's are proven performers. as far as the cams... i don't know the specs on the G5X3 or the FM14.

someone fill me in?

or to consolidate my thoughts im down to 3 ideas...
1: PRC 5.3L STAGE 2.5 HEADS WITH TSP 233\239 CAM $2400
2: FM 14 CAM AFR 205 HEADS $3200
3: G5X3 CAM AFR 205 HEADS $3100 (FLYCUTTING REQUIRED)

are you sure you have to flycut with the G5x3? juggernaut used the G5X4 with AFR 205's and he said his pistons are not cut.

With that stall I think an F14 at the most. I would personally run a f11-f13.
