Thank You Futral Motorsports
Got my F14 cam, springs, retainers, seats, LS2 timing chain, SLP crank pulley, poly motor mounts, 3.73 gears and an Allan tune......car runs great and put down great numbers.....430 rwhp 403 rwtq uncorrected......411 rwhp and 385 rwtq SAE .....it feels like i'm hitting a nitrous switch at 3000 and it pulls all the way to 6500 before i need to shift. The poly motor mounts fixed my y-pipe from banging and just over all made the car feel better and more solid. I love the way it idles and it screams at WOT, i was a little concerned about how it would sound with my LM exhaust, but it sounds great......only a little rasp at about 2400 but other than that it's all good. The guys at the shop, Terry, Talley, and Allan were awesome and thank you guys for putting up with me hanging around the shop for two full days. I'll get a video up of one of the dyno pulls and of the car idling as soon as i can and i'll post up the link in here. Should be later today.

Awesome. I have the F14 as well, I am very happy with the cam myself. I do need to get it tuned however. It is very much like you say, after 3k....hold on. sometimes I scare myself with it.

hell yeah i love it, i got about 10.5 mpg on my last tank in town because i'm still enjoying the NEW of it i guess.....I don't know how you're driving it without a tune, mine wouldn't even idle without it.......but i got 25 on the highway on the way back from Louisiana, so i know she's capable of good gas mileage if i keep my foot out of the floorboard!

Driving an Auto with that cam untuned..well, its hard to say the least. You have to get used to it. It does stall on me occasionally. But I adjusted the set screw to up the idle manually. It works for now.

yeah mike, i'll give you a hell of a spin when you make it down here......thanks silverstreak, i try to stay after it as far as keeping it clean and well taken care of, that's kind of why she's still a track virgin.......but the more i drive it around i think a little more and more about trying it out....but i'll probably stick to being safe, don't want to thrash the 10 bolt.....and hell no you can't beat FMS they kick ***!!!! Thanks again to everyone for the kind words.

Glad to see you are happy with that F14. Allan knows how to treat people over there and is an awesome tuner. The f14 rocks in my car the lope really gets people.
