Go with the 111LSA. When TSP engine dynoed the ms4 they found the 111LSA had the best power in the best places. That should provide for a pretty monster setup once tuned.

I'd say 3600 is a low stall for the MS4 even at 110. It'd perform better with a 4000 or 4400 stall if you want the best possible ET. The 3600 will work, though, but ideal would be an MS4 111 LSA with a 4400 stall.

As for as not working, the MS4 is not going to make a ton of power before 3k, so any stall bigger than 3k will work well enough with it. But, the torque will peak at 4800 (like all cams because of the intake manifold runner restriction), and you want to be close to that (400 rpms before, so 4400 stall), and have a cam that makes power from 5000-7000 to run a really good ET.

If ET doesn't matter, run the 3600. It'll be more streetable.

You also have to consider when you are going to shift. Sure you can start the powerband later but that is going to push the peak further up in the rpm band. (push it too high and you'll never see the peak.

also: the MS4 on a 110 is a PTV dance event waiting to happen. be prepared to flycut your pistons if thats what you go with.
