Which set of heads would be matched best w/ a 224 big lift cam?

I'm trying to match everything up with my combo. Which set of heads would work well with a 224/224 .566/.566 112 cam? I'd also like have the shave and raise the compression when running this cam. 11:1 sound like a good idea? From the looks of it, i'd need a set of heads flowing well on both sides.
Any recommendations??? GTP? Cartek? IRS?
Thanks

You know who I would recommend for heads. LOL I would defintely look into running around 11.0:1 with that cam for reasons we discussed earlier. That setup should do pretty well if you match everyhing together (gearing, etc.).

I would probably have the same reccomendation as Jason, but really as long as the porter/shop of your choice is competent and customer service oriented I would talk to them and tell them what kind of lift you are running/get their input on it. Ultimately the heads need to work with the cam in unison.

GTP heads and cam all the way! Let me know if I can help. I used to work there and still work hand in hand with Craig as well as use his products.

I'm happy with my MMS 2x heads. I think your choice is between GTP and MMS, the other vendors charge too much.

JPR will be in the same price range as MMS. They are less, but they will be about the same with upgraded springs to handle the TR cam. 290 CFM at .550 lift.

I am very interested in what you find out. I have the thunder racing cam as well. I was thinking about this as well.
