I got mine from Pace Parts. I bought the entire kit. Not sure if they sell just the single intake EGR plate.
PACEGR - LS1 EGR/A.I.R. Block Off Kit > $21.95
Kit includes: (1)EGR Plate, (1)EGR Gasket, (2)A.I.R. Plates, (2)A.I.R. Gaskets

I got mine off my back porch. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> Chunk of 1/8" aluminum, cut to fit with jig saw, brushed with wire wheel, sealed with Permatex copper.
Hey, it works, and it was free. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">

If your talking about the hole in the intake for the EGR. I used a 1-3/8" rubber expansion plug(MOTORMITE part#02602). It fits perfectly, no leaks.

This is what I used as well. Worked great until I installed the LS6 intake.

The block off plate goes on the exhaust manifold where the EGR pipe connects to it. Just follow the EGR pipe that goes down under the exhaust manifold and you will see where it connects to.
You will get an SES light if you remove the EGR.

I went and bought a expansion plug today and it works great, now all i need is to wait and order a EGR plate for my Mac header so i can yank the aweful looking EGR.
I should not have any problems with leaks or the plug backing out? How tight are you guys going on the plug? I got it snug and found no movement in the intake. All im worried about is a vacume leak?

My memory is failing me. Will the computer throw a code if you just seal up the AIR pipes? I know sealing off the EGR will throw a code.

Removing the EGR will make sure all that crap doesn't get into your engine. Ever looked at the back side of your TB blade? You won't get that anymore. Going out on a limb here, but I'd say removing the EGR won't hurt emissions at all. Afterall, the '01 and up cars don't have an EGR system anyway. Fortunately, we don't have emissions checks here in SC.
