Well MTI did a set for a customer who I'm not going to mention there name. The cores are around 3000. The port work, titanium valves, springs, locks, retainers and etc 4,500. The Jesel setup for the C5R heads is around 2,500. Then 2,750 for the custom intake. That comes out to roughly 13,750 for the heads and intake finished if you install them yourself Little more expensive than I thought. Probably be at least the spring before I can think about it

The C5-R head would only be good for a high rpm race motor. Anything flowing over 390 cfm would not have alot of velocity at mid range rpm's.For street applications, the ls6 would be a better choice. It should Rock n Roll on a large cube, high compression, large solid cammed, large stroker. This head is what we need to start getting those 1500hp plus readings with large blowers, turbo's and fogger setups. Once this head/intake combo comes around. Look the freak out! The future hp #'s look to be very promising. Will be time to build some 25.1 spec chassis's.

There's SO MUCH more you can do with that amount of dough and get more power than with those heads lol. Good god that's a lot of money.
