Yessir they do.....turn it on with the radiator cap off and pour in the anitfreeze untill its stops going down, u could drive it around the block after that just make sure u check the anitfreeze level the following day....ur not supposed to give it hell till its tuned but i was off the limiter about 5 minutes after start up...lol

after torqing the rockers i turn the crank and its hard as hell but but its moving but very hard... now it when it does not move is when i worry?

yes is gunna be hard cuz its building compression.... but it shoudlnt be impossible to move..

well the pulley isnt hard.. just put the bead of RTV at the bottom.. and the bottom bolts on the timing cover.. put them alil tighter.. not all the way.. but thread them in abit more.. cuz they become harder to tighten with the pulley on and in the way... for putting the pulley back on i dunno... i used that tool...will prolly be a bitch any other way you try

it wont "slide", but it will make it a little easier. also, try putting some oil on the crank snout.

Dude, oil the snout. Get a bfh and a piece of 2x4. Show it some love. Being equall on all sides of course. Once you get it on there a bit, you can catch enough threads to pull it on with the crank bolt. Just dont get carried away with the hammer. Gentle and equall.

Or use a huge socket in the center of the pulley and beat it with a hammer.

Yeah^^^but it has to be a BIG socket. I didnt have anything big enough. I tried it with a 26mm and that wasnt enough!
