4.10s, rearend, suspension and some et streets (what the car has) will grab and launch pretty hard off an idle roll in traffic if you just floor it. even with a humbler cam setup.

I went MS4 because it was a little less aggressive...but just a little...

Both are great cams, but looking at your set up, the Ms4 would be the better choice IMO.

Seems like the MS4 and Trex are pretty close. But really I haven't noticed the MS4 having any more ***** down low than the Trex. At least from reading on here. I know I had 2 friends hit the dyno this past weekend, and even the MS3 had less ***** down low than the other one's Trex.

Just read and see what makes the power. Don't read the crap posted by shops, or by the mindless lemmings that wouldn't know the difference if a cam was stuck up their rectum. Look at the fastest cars. Easy enough.

Look at both with those heads. That's the key in this situation.

We have a T-Rex in one car and an Ms4 in the other car and I can tell you that as far as power (both stock heads), they are very very close.

its funny in a way, a while back everyone was for the trex, now its the MS4. both seem to be great cams, but a lot of the people with the MS4 haven't gotten down the track yet. before i make any decisions i wanna see the time slips. but i'd probably go with a custom cam either way...

A tech at moser actually did, and I have seen both rear ends on the same turbo car, no spool on either, but btoh built as strong as possible without spooling the rear, 9in blew in an auto car, 12 bolt is still holding up over a year later

I'm still looking for a MS4 to run... Plan to get it on video and settle this once and for all.

I vote for the "S" cam from HPE I dont like the MS4 as it doesnt start making real power till the top end. I have seen it in a car and a 6.0 truck and neither of them made much power till 4K, but it pulled like a bat out of hell after that.
I prefer the "S" cam as it makes great power all the way throught the power band!

my ms4 is making plenty of power before 4k, its not just about the cam and the rest of your setup, its all about the tuner in fact its mostly about the tuner, you can have the best setup and run low 400s in rwhp
