Head bolt specs are on www.ls1howto.com under the head swap write-up. Not sure where to find the flywheel specs. Good luck. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

im pretty sure flywheel bolts are 75 ft lbs
studs should be torqued to whatever value the machine shop used on the torque plate when doing final cylinder hone... usually between 65-75 ft lbs...
with studs you need to torque all the studs then break all loose in reverse pattern twice before final torquing which should be done in 2 or 3 passes

Holy 7 yr old thread batman.

Flywheel bolts require german torque specs. These specs are so precise, most TQ wrenches can't be calibrated to reach this number. It's called GuudNtite, done in a star pattern. You be the judge.

The torque for flexplate/flywheel ARP bolts are as follows

60 ft/lbs using ARP Moly Lube

75 ft/lbs using 30 Grade oil
