I know its probably a waste on most stock internal cars, but do any cam only or even heads/cam cars have any dyno proven numbers after just a TB swap?
just looking for every lil bit of HP I can get outta these stock heads and 224 cam <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

I think I picked up over 1/2 a mph with a ported throttle body on my stock internals motor. By all means you should put one on your cam'd demon!

I'm wondering too, I have a heads/cam/supercharged car with the stock TB, unported... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

We tested one that had epoxy put in the IAC cavity, had the holes redrilled so it was still functional. On a Stage I H/C car we saw 13 RWHP! We couldn't believe it was worth that much but it was a very nice port job, not just a sanding like most get. We were so impressed with it that we decided to digitize it and CNC port them, they will be available soon. Price will be somewhere between $100-$150, depending on what all options will be done, stream lining shaft, powdercoating, etc. Let us know if you are interested.

When my car was a bolt on car, an LPE Ported TB was worth 3rwhp & 5rwtq in my dyno testing.
I'm sure it's worth more with cam or heads and cam.
The TEA Ported TB sounds promising, I might go for one of those too. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

...the biggest gain comes from adjusting (filing) the TB butterfly stop so the blade opens 100% ...the factory units only open about 92-93%.
....the flow bench test that i read (Pat Musi Engines)said the stock TB unit flows sufficent to support at least 500 HP on a normally aspirated setup....
