Have you thought of twin T body set up like the vipers on a ls1? I think that would be pretty trick twin 60mm T bodys on a ls1. But your intake is sex under the hood!

I have designed one already with twin 90mm TBs. The problem is the manufacturing cost is high as the plenum and runners need to be made from one mold (4-cyl log style - one for each bank). It may be something I could look at making in the future...

what does that mean-

i dont think the people buying this have money problems-its been stated that its target is people with cash that want a bit of a performance and a bling factor-

besides lets look at it from a basic point of view-anything custom made or one off is not cheap last time i checked?

Thanks

Here is the stock dyno graph - Still waiting for a modified LS7 that we can tune to match the intake (note below graph was purely bolt off - bolt on). In the meantime, I am fabricating the LS3/L98 version and thinking about how to do a cathedral type. The LS3 type will have ~10mm shorter runners due to the different port configuration.

Nearly finished the LS2 intake; a bit more work than I anticipated but it has turned out nice. Some small improvements:

- Lighter aluminium flanges with some FEA and extra CNC work to cut out reliefs.
- Added CF reinforcements to the inside of the top cover.
- Now making the fuel rail profile by extrusion (they were CNC before and milling the long bore was difficult).

Hopefully will get it onto a L98/LS3 engine sometime soon.

For the LS7 intake, I am still waiting for a modded LS7. I am told patience is a virtue... If anyone in Melbourne wants to be a mule, feel free to PM me.

i have and can test ls1,ls2,and l76,l92,l98,ls3 at the moment-

wont be doing a ls7 or c5r head till next year maybe jan or feb 09--

i have my own dyno so i can do my own testing-all in house-

i can also compare your intake to all the plastic intakes, all the gmpp intakes, and the victor and super victor, fast 90-the only intake i dont have is a c5r one and a ls7 one but the ls7 palstic intake should be here in a month or 2-

i also have stock standard create motors like ls2,l76,l98 and some rebuilt high performance engines that i can test on to see how it works on a standard comp engine and also on the big stuff-(just waiting on a ls3 engine once my dealer gets back to me)

can even try some mild to big cams to see if anything changes-

Let me know

Thanks

Nick--

All the prototype intakes are either on or about to go on engines for durability testing. Sorry I cant take up your offer right away, as it sounds like you have a good assortment of test engines.

BTW: where is your workshop located?
