I got a set from Richard @ westcoast + a mamo ported LS7 intake. I really don't remember the total cost but it was around $3300, I think. Call him, he knows his stuff ! I would'nt mind trying the fast 102mm but no good comparisons yet. + lots a dough for that intake !
Richard re CNC's the exhaust yet leaves the intake alone. I polished up the intakes the best I could to get rid of the rouch CNC ing that GM did.
The PRC's are nice too, but I don't think they do anything to the Exh ports?
I've had 0 problems with the heads. Had to drop the engine for a bad lifter n went with the Morels.
I used Harland Sharp LS7 Roller Rockers that bolt right to the factory pedistal. I think they cost + - $650 7.475 pushrods.
I'll Finally get some dyno numbers when I fly home 4 labor day.

I bought my LS7 heads from LG motorsports. I cant tell you much but my car (07 Z06 with all headers, CAI, ported tb and intake) made from 590-605rwhp with a ~245 duration cam.

We've gone well into the 600rwhp range with stock bottom end LS7s & 750+flywheel hp with the LS7 on a street 454 LSx
Shortly you'll be able to buy the PRC LS7 head in a thicker ETP casting incase you guys need 6 bolts or thicker decks!!
