OK Guys. Just dropped a load of money into my ole Goat and as usual... Dyno day ended up being a little dissapointing.
It made... 417 rwhp and 398 ft lbs
2005 m6 GTO. ls2 of course.
So here is the information so you guys can help me track down my problem. I expected more towards 450ish rwhp
The new Tsp PRC 215cc heads. 62cc Combustion Chambers. 2.04/1.60 valves.
Ms4 camshaft int .651/ ech .608 duration int 239 EXH 242. LSA 111.5 Centerline is 110.5
Headers are Pacesetter 1 3/4" long tubes (i know i know... but cant hold me back that much can it??)
ORY and strait pipe to the back
Stock Ls2 intake manifold and stock intake (lil power loss maybe from the stock air intake??)
The tune is dead on at 12.9 AFR and 28 degree's total timing. Cam is dot to dot and triple checked that. Install is about impossible to mess up. These motors are easy. What am I lacking? Because im sure you guys will agree these numbers are low.
Thanks for your input guys. I've searched and searched and just tired. Looking for input on what to change. All constructive critisizm glady accepted.
I'll post the dyno sheet as soon as i find it.

[QUOTE=Paint_It_Black;13410722]compression and leak down tests. It's entirely possible the valves aren't sealing against the valve seat.[/QUOTE
do you think it is possible, being they are new heads??? if you think so ill give it a shot

We did a similar combo recently that did a lot more than that combo, but she had a FAST intake setup.
What did the car baseline before these parts??

I never dynoed it befor, because the nearest dyno is a 4 .5 hr drive...i have raced other ls2 gto's and have never lost to another...I really hope i can find my missing 40rwhp...I have heard your ms4 has made those numbers withour heads, so at this point i feel like i took 2400 and threw it out the window...what numbers did the other car dyno??? where do you think a fast would put me?? do you think having a stock airbox would hold me back any? when i talked to matt he said they have seen many gto's with my combo, a fast and bigger headers go 495rwhp... thanks for your time jason and please help me get the numbers im searching for.

You might have one of those grenading LS2's. Compression and leakdown could help. If everything's good, go with a fast or at least a ported ls6 flows better than the stock Ls2 intake. Then get a varram(however you spell it), those make some good power on those goats.

You can throw all the cam and heads at it you want, but at the end of the day that stock intake and LS2 manifold (headers too really) are holding you back! Your engine is an air pump, and isn't getting the air in or out currently. Stock GTO's pick-up 15rwhp or so with a CAI, and I'd expect you to gain even more with that heads/cam combo. Same with the headers....we've had customers report gains of 10+rwhp on milder heads/cam combos by switching to an 1 7/8" headers like Kooks from the 1 3/4" Pacesetters.
The power is on the table for sure, you just have to get the air moving more efficiently!

It's a 110% because of your stock intake. Those things are horrible in stock form. In fact I don't think I've ever seen a stock LS2 intake break 400lbs-ft to the wheels ![Bomb](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_bomb.gif)
And why do you have an ORY on a GTO? They come with true duals from the factory?
