spun bearing.

spun bearing.
I spun a rod bearing in a stock bottom end ls2. What rod length do I need to replace all my rods? Crank is going to be turned due to scarring. Just not sure what length rods to get. Any help is very appreciated warm weather is coming and I am missing the cruises and shows.

I remember reading that GTO & maybe TBSS pans are pretty bad & 4th gen F body pans weren't that good either.
I bought a used GMPP crate LS2, it has a Corvette pan & was in a F body with a tubular K member, I didn't know it was possible but I'm not sure what options there are for GTOs but maybe Improved Racing has something.
Somewhere on here there are guys saying run extra oil in some cars because in certain conditions the the pan gets nearly sucked dry.
I know it doesn't help now but worth looking into for future reference.

We'd recommend you:
- Add the baffle while you have the pan off (it will be a pain to do later)
- Monitor oil temps to make sure they are acceptable
- If you rev above 6,200 or so, consider upgrading to a Melling pump (# 10295 or 10296) to ensure you don't get caviation at high RPMs
- Consider adding one of our crank scrapers which will help reduce oil starvation while also adding around 2% more horsepower
- Overfill the sump by 1/2 to 1 quart when racing
