Hopefully he finds a block for way less than $1000.
I suppose a guy could use a 6.0 iron block. But sucks to pay the weight penalty.

Perfect time for a 5.3 turbo... make double all this NA nonsense, won't blow up so easy, and be cheaper!

I don’t really care about Christmas cards, but I’ve got enough Summit stickers, hats and shirts through the decades, to build a hut that would sleep 6.

That's a good question. At this time we don't have anyone that's offering a bare reconditioned LS3 block.

Rebuilt SBE ls3 has been acquired. Going to fly cut it. Ordered .040 cometic head gaskets. Run the stage 5 Cam . Got the heads back from hooper and am still not happy with them so im not sure what im doing about heads yet . Will update later this week.
