Default Production C6 Z06 Baseline dyno results @ LG Motorsports!

443/411 with about 50 miles on the clock

Torque management is terrible to say the least!

Here is the graph, Enjoy!

I should note that those results were after about a 50 mile drive in ~95 degree heat with only about 10 minutes of cool down time. Not too shabby.

Definitely cool to watch the muffler flapper valves open @ 3500 RPM.

We did a few pulls with a cooling off period, and nothing more than 443. It is consistent to say the least!

Lowest pull was 438/409 I believe

Definitely nice numbers out of the factory, hats off to GM for building this monster.

Now the real question, how stock is going to stay for how long?

Just bolt-ons until programming is sorted out? I can't wait to see what it'll do with a cam.

I honestly think that with a good set of headers like the LGM pieces, a different air intake (Blackwing, etc...), an electric water pump, and a tune, that 500 RWHP is entirely possible without ever getting your hands oily.

Hi guys,

Here is the same graph with a 3 smoothing which is what we always use. You can see two in a row, here. also some questions answered.

First, the fuel better be 93 ocatane fuel but it came from the dealer with fuel. I hope that they didn't put 91 or worse yet 87 in it. I didn't hear any knock so I suspect either 91 or 93.
I will check with the dealer tomorrow.

Next, it is not my car. My car comes in either Friday or Monday next week. So if anyone wants my C6 we can do a good deal (down to the wire) and the dealer will do an "in and out" and run it through their books to save me sales tax.

Handling? I don't know. It is firmer than the old Z06 but since I don't own it, I kept it straight and level. I will let you know about the handling when I get my car in here next week.

Ok graph. two runs back to back , Best numbers so far: Best hp 443, best torque 413 see graphs. Air fuel was near 12:1 and a little richer in the early rpms.

More updates tomorrow unless my guys get swamped.

Attn C6 Corvette guys. LG Pro long Tubes and Halltech stinger package $2525 installed and tuned or $1999 +shipping shameless plug!

I guess they're under rated a bit? 15% drivetrain loss should be 425ish.

Yeah the new Z06 is torquey as hell, but the performance is really going to be hindered by this TM crap. Look at how much trouble stock C6 Vettes and LS2 GTOs are having. The majority of C6s I've seen don't run much better than stock C5 Vettes, and most LS2 GTOs don't run much better than the LS1 GTOs even though they have 50 more HP. I think it's BS that GM does this ****. If I'm going to buy a performance car, I expect it to perform.
