good point..i enjoyed reading about your progress last year..i'm slowly collecting parts to mod my Goat, and drivability is one of the top concerns for me..it may or may not include an L92 top end,and certainly won't make 500rwhp.but when i'm done it will be what i want it to be,max HP be damned..just bought the Tuning school program,so i really look forward to learning how to tune and playing with the car..

Yes. Without the shim, we had right about 2 full turns. With one shim in place, we had close to a full turn.
BTW, just for the record, the tq gains were about 12 ft lbs from just past 4000 to about 5000. The peak was only a couple, but there was more than that for a good 800-1000 rpms.

Gotcha... mine was right at 1 turn w/o the shims. I may have you do my spring swap when the time comes to replace the 921s with fresh ones to check the wipe pattern and pushrod length to make sure it's on the up and up.

you are running a 402ci motor, correct? If adjusted for a stock cube 6.0 GTO, wouldnt u be closer to 450hp? What size cam are you running again? You have a pretty fat, flat Torque curve, so if it is a small cam that is a pretty respectable hp number.

I believe Kevin is running a .234/.240 cam.
