araber89, you need to pull the intake & check the runners & the plenum to see if there is a foam piece in there. Also, pull the valve covers & plugs. Look @ the intake & exhaust valves to see if one is bent or if there is a piece of foam stuck between the seat & valve. Look in the plug holes, if you can, to see if there is a piece of foam in there. Turn the engine over w/ the ignition connectors pulled & the fuel pump fuse pulled (so there's no spark or fuel) & see if a piece of foam blows out of one of the plug holes. All of these checks will ensure that @ least there isn't another piece in there. Check for bent valves, as well. If you know how, do a leak down test. This could confirm if a valve is bent when not apparent to the eye. Good-luck
