Default Finally Dynojet in kuwait

Dynojet is openning on monday sept.13

The shop is called modular performance, it's behind harley davidson. they're also Superchips Custom Tunning dealers so they have in house chip burnning and tunning.

The prices go like this:
3 pulls with A/F 30kd = $100(no tunning) this is the minimum
1 hour with A/F 40kd = $135
1/2 day 150kd = $500 (4 hours)

For chips:

120kd for a chip and 160kd for a programmer
1 hour of tunning 10kd + Dyno time
For example:
a mustang came to the shop and wanted his car dyno tuned and his car took 1 hour on the dyno he will pay 120kd = $400 for the chip+10kd = $35 for the tunning time+40kd = $135 for the hour on the dyno.
his total will be 170kd = $570

What do you thing about the prices?? yesterday i was there and i saw a viper '96 GTS H/C package and got 490RWHP on our Dyno. that was sweet

Also they have web site check out www.ModularPerformance.com

Thanx guys for your time.

It is so cool to see people in the middle east getting into American muscle. People over there probably think you guys are weird, I bet.

The prices on the dynojet sound similar to the places in the states where there are few dyno's. I was talking to somebody at that shop yesterday, and they said they were the only dyno in that part of the country.

The price on the SCT chips and dynotunes are about on par with the states prices.

$500 all-inclusive for a dyno tune is par for the course. $100 for three pulls is twice what it is here in NC. But hey, its over seas, everything from the US is more expensive.

Actually, fbodies are huge in the middleeast. I think dragracing is more popular over there than it is in the U.S. Those guys are really into going fast.
Another cool thing is that you can have a 9" built for about $500 over there because the labor is so cheap.

I saw alot of musclecars in Kuwait. Mostly newer stangs. I remember seeing a mint '79 Z28 on a car lot that looked just like my first car. Too bad most of my time there was in the desert and Falaka island. Pretty cool country.

for the dyno cost, it really depends on location. I talk to shops all over the country, and there are places that get $125 for 2 pulls with AF, if dyno's are rare, and other places, such as olrando, where i can be on 6 different dyno's in 20 minutes, where the cost is a lot less, due to market saturation

Cool Fahad, I remember asking you awhile back if you had a dyno/tuner over there, and at that time you said that you didn't, so that's sweet you finally got one. As for the prices they seem about the same. Good luck
