Ok. Long story short, over a year and a half AGO! I ordered about 1300 in parts for my car from BYUN. That's right... June 2007..
As I was going to finish up the rear, I unpack for the first time *Jan 14, 2009* my UMI torque arm. There was no pivot mounting plate or bolts.
Lawl.. the delivery date was june 21 2007
Im a dumb*@@ for not checking it then!
To my dismay it was missing the pivoting mounting plates. I sent an email to BYUN, and tried calling. In minutes I got an email saying they'd contact UMI. In minutes, they responded saying they would take care of me, and would send my parts out to me tomorrow!
In all honesty after all this time, I felt extremely sheepish having not checked the parts ahead of time. Though at that time I prolly would have had no idea what I was looking at or even known if it had everything at that time.
By far this is an excellent example of going above and beyond what I would expect for customer service! Fantastic! Great example of a ls1tech sponsor!

I bought my magnaflow CB from them a few months ago & I had
a similar problem. The cat-back system was missing 2 small brackets.
Anyways I emailed them on the weekend & I had a response before
I had a chance to call on monday. They helped me out & resolved
the issue very quickly.
I would definately recommend them & I plan to use them again.
