I was just about to make an order, but reading the last few pages, I think I'm gunna wait it out....

I just got off of the phone with them. One thing I can say is that all of my PM's and all of my calls have been answered, and that they are super nice people who bit off much more than they could chew. They told people dates and made promises in good faith, but when there were problems with platers, and setbacks this left alot of frustrated and disappointed people who were counting on WDP to deliver.

 

Thanks Zoltan for the update. Hopefully they ship mine out today.

Good luck to all of you still waiting. I cancelled my order, and have been told 3 times by 3 people (including Brian) that my money was being refunded. Nothing yet, so I'm on the phone with the bank filing a dispute.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

BTW, I placed an order for new rotors/pads from Thunder Racing last week, order was shipped the same day and I received it 3 days later with standard UPS ground... Yea, I paid more, but I have parts in hand and don't have a headache from the stress.

 

they are lucky I dont live in Ca. I would personally walk up to their so called company and demand cash back. Hopefully my bank can have my money back to me in a few days so I can put it to use. I really hope they go under.

 

you guys are calling banks when I have sent out checks through our a/p here how Is that going to work ? Lanky LS1 and also ss1129 Pm me your names so I can stop payment on the checks If you are calling your bank please. I dont want to pay a refund twics. B

 

There was a slight delay In the orders but we have them all out now from now forward all orders will go out fast we have fixed the glitch..

 

Why are you sending checks rather than refunding the money directly to cards?

Why is this ANOTHER story than what I heard when on the phone with Ray and Yvette? Both of them said they were crediting my card while we were on the phone...

Ive told you my name numorus times. Then you tell me you want to palpal my refund? wtf. Then you want to send me a check. Also you guys claim to have lost my whole order so here is the deal. Im calling bullshit on the checks even being sent. I will tell you my name. Lets see if you even know my address. Pm my address back to me, because I dont think you know it, even though Ive talked at least 10 times to your company. I also told you I was going to my bank for a refund so dont act so suprised.

FWIW Just wanted to say another happy customer here. Just received my 2nd order today. Thanks to WPD for coming through as stated with tracking # and shipping ect.
No problems or complaints here.
