I run the 85mm out of the trucks. I just went to the dealer and bought connectors and pins to make my own harness. I'll probably be switching to a slot style MAF in the next few weeks.

Definately tuning required. Anything that changes the intake in front of the MAF or any curves directly behind the MAF requires tuning.

Just get rid of it. lol the maf is huge restriction. I did a speed density tune on my car and love it.

Very nice sig. Nate! Do you have any recent track times, or dyno runs?
I made 350hp/330tq with my pocket ported 243's and 218 cam. Peak torque was at 5000 RPM, so I down graded to 205cc TFS heads, which also bumped my compression up to 10.6-10.80:1
I now shift 200rpm earlier. This is due to a smaller port head, or from the increased CR. I won't kinow for sure until I get re-tuned. Either way... torque is everywhere now!

Get back on here and talk to us man!!!

The stock MAF is still good for your power level. I am still using the stock TB/MAF

Thanks Dave, I've been tied up with other stuff for almost a year now, and it won't let up soon. I'll be heading back to the track soon, and I've got a few parts in the garage that still need to go one. Once things slow down a bit, I'll take the time and post up what all I've done with the car. I'm on street tires and don't have enough gear, but I'm still going big. I do plan to hop on the dyno sometime because the engine will basically be done, but all I'm going to be doing is trying different enrichment ratios at WOT and dialing in part throttle spark timing.
