Should I buy the SSC lowering springs...???

These ended up being back ordered and I never received. I ended up cancelling the order. Same deal with Eibach too. Guess I'll order the SSC Springs instead.

Part number is 21-2921 according to your other post. I looked it up on their website and it is the same as the 2000 to 2004 Monte Carlo. I'll be interested to see the drop as they do not designate between a v6 or v8, just one spring for all. Eibach and Intrax had different part numbers for v6/v8 car.

Any of you guys concerned about dropping the car with old struts? I heard bad things (over the 'net) about not replacing older struts when lowering. I just passed 36k and think they're probably due to be replaced soon...and don't want to invest in springs if the struts will allow it to bottom out.
Yes, Mike...we KNOW you don't have to worry about wear and tear. You only drive it on Sundays, when the sun has only partially risen, if the date ends in a 5, and there was a full moon the night before.
