Up for sale is a PST Aluminum Driveshaft for sale. It is out of my 01 Camaro 6 speed car with a Dana 60. This driveshaft has no more then 75 miles on it! I purchased it in the fall and drove it a very little bit and the car has been sitting since. I am changing direction with the car so this shaft as long as many other parts are going!
This shaft is a 3.5" diameter aluminum shaft that PST says is good to 1200 hp. It has solid 1350 series joints front and rear, it also has an upgraded Forged slip yoke that I purchased from PST.
I just had a local shop look over the shaft, check it for straightness, check the u-joints and so on. They said it looked great! The reason I had it checked was that it rubbed my driveshaft loop VERY SLIGHTLY one time and I wanted to confirm this shaft is still in quality shape and the shop said it was fine and they didnt feel any strength was taken from the shaft because the scratch from the loop is only a couple .001" deep. I just want to make the buyer aware.
$400 shipped, the Forged yoke was a $75 option and this shaft is practically brand new. I have over $500 invested. Any questions feel free to ask, paypal add 3%, thanks! Dave
