How many miles on these? Do they come with Patriot Golds?

Good questions, the miles I can't answer. I thought it was about 10K after the port work.
I guess the golds are patriot valves??
Nope - don't think so - I think they are completely factory valves.

I can take some pics if that helps.

patriot golds is referring to what springs...not valves

and...i think you got the casting number wrong? these from ls1 5.7? cus that i know should be 806, 853s, and 241s...

Yes, I was PMed about the springs - they were stock springs as the heads were received.

The number in the area of the #1 port under the valve cover is 256
IDK.
